3D Physics Synthesizer & Effects Processor

Anukari is a software synthesizer and effects processor built entirely on a real-time, fully interactive 3D physics simulation. Build instruments out of masses, springs, and other physical objects in 3D space, wire them together, excite them, and hear what happens. Structures ring, vibrate, interact, and feed back into one another — and everything you hear, you also see, as your instrument flexes, spins, and moves in real time as you play it.

Where precision tools answer the question "How do I get that sound?", Anukari asks "What happens if I do THIS?" It's part game, part plugin: an interactive 3D editor where you drag components into the world, connect them, and play the result with a MIDI controller, your own audio, or by simply grabbing a mass with your mouse, pulling it, and letting go. Keep it simple and controlled, or build sprawling systems of hundreds of objects. Whether you want subtle organic textures or sounds that tear the fabric of space-time, it's entirely up to you what your instrument becomes.

Anukari can be used as a MIDI instrument, an audio effects processor, or both at once — and it ships with over 200 curated presets so you can start exploring immediately, no physics degree required.

  • Deep modulation: MIDI-triggered envelopes, envelope followers, every MIDI control source (velocity, pitch bend, CC, pressure, aftertouch), and full DAW automation mapping — nearly every parameter can be modulated
  • Visual modulation matrix: connections are drawn as lines in 3D space — drag between a modulator and a target and you're done, with everything visible at a glance
  • Full MPE support with custom-mappable inputs, plus microtuning via MTS-ESP
  • Multichannel audio: up to 50 inputs and 50 outputs — send each mic to its own DAW bus or drive an ambisonic dome for interactive 3D soundscapes
  • Audio-reactive visuals: dozens of chainable post-processing shaders (Neon Edge Glow, Kaleidoscope, Fluid Dynamics, and more) that react to audio in real time — perfect for live performance and content creation
  • Custom environments: factory skyboxes and 3D models included, with support for importing your own from Blender or other 3D software
